Physics Society will be organising a lab tour for all Physics Students to visit the following labs:

1.	Graphene Lab
2.	CIBA (Centre for Ion Beam Applications)
3.	Colloid Lab
4.	Biophysics Lab
5.	Advanced Batteries Lab

T-SHIRT DESIGN COMPETITION

Hey Physics people!!! Guess what?!? We're having a T-shirt again! Though, of course, YOU will need to design it... =)

Send us your designs and we will select the better designs for public voting. The winning design will be awarded a free T-shirt and SGD$50!!!

You are free to choose the colour of the T-shirt but please try to use at most two colours for the design (excluding the colour of the T-shirt itself). Kindly send in your designs to your designs to nus.physoc@gmail.com

The deadline for the submission of the design is 31th January 2010.

WEEKLY PHYSICS DEPARTMENT TEA SESSION

For those who are new, note that there will usually be Departmental tea sessions every Friday at 4pm. The venue is the Physics Conference Room at S13-M1-11.

It will be a good opportunity to chat with the seniors, staff and the Profs. There will be light snacks and drinks. Hope to see you all there every Friday!

MID-AUTUMN CELEBRATION 2009

Physoc's annual mid-autumn festival celebration will be held on 7 October 2009, from 6pm - 8pm. The venue will be at Physics Conference Room S13-M1-11. There will be interesting games, food ... ... and exotic mooncakes!!!
