Current Research
A/P Zhang’s research is focused on theoretical and computational modelling of quantum systems at various scales that includes the following:
- Development of first-principles theories for quantum systems under various conditions.
- Electron quantum transport at nano or molecular scale.
- Computational design of novel 2D functional materials.
- Catalysis at nano or atomic scale.
